Refund and Return Policy
If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return any unused products for a replacement, refund or account credit within 7 days of receipt, subject to the exceptions listed here. As we lists new products or runs new promotions, it may update this section as necessary.
On very rare occasions, packages are returned to us as undeliverable. We will attempt to re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable, and on occasion reserve the right to charge for any additional shipping attempts.
We always want to make sure your purchase arrives in perfect condition - so if you have a complaint about your product or think it might be damaged, tampered with or incomplete, please contact our customer services team at firstname.lastname@example.org preferably including images of the damaged goods, before returning it so we can start investigating the problem as soon as possible.
On the rare event that your product arrives damaged or has been tampered with, you can request a refund or exchange. We will refund any amounts on to the original form of payment only.
If you change your mind about an item, or realise that you chose the wrong package quantity or product, you can return your item within 7 days of receipt. Once 7 days have elapsed from receiving the item, it can no longer be returned. If the request is made within 7 days of receipt, we will provide a full refund, once we have received the undamaged returned goods.
If you would like to return your item, please email us on email@example.com, with your Order Number, and we will provide instructions on how to return your products. Because we will refund 100% of your order, including shipping charges, we will not provide a shipping label for returned goods, and you will need to cover the cost of shipping the item to our return address.
Product Returns Instructions
Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not absolutely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund or exchange, within 7 days of receipt.
The refund or exchange process is simple:
- Contact Customer Support on firstname.lastname@example.org with your Order Number, ideally from the same email ID from which you ordered and specify whether you want a replacement or a refund.
- We will then provide you with a return address, based on your location.
- You will then need to make sure to pack your item in the same packaging it arrived in, or a suitable replacement, which will protect the goods throughout the shipping process. We strongly recommend using a shipper-provided cardboard box, rather than a plastic sleeve. If you're returning a damaged item, we will provide a prepaid shipping label, however, if it's a return of undamaged goods, the customer will be responsible for generating and paying for the return shipping label. We will however provide a full refund, including the original shipping charges paid upon purchase.
- Once the goods are received by our team, we will issue a full refund, assuming the products arrived in a resellable condition. The refund will be applied to the original form of payment and can not be changed. This process usually takes 1-2 Business Days.
